Former stunt rider Eddie Kidd finally crossed the finish line of the London marathon on Monday night 43 days after setting out on the 26 mile route.
Eddie, who is paralysed and brain damaged after a motorbike stunt went horrifically wrong in 1996, defied doctors who said he would never walk again to complete the gruelling course.
Crowds of supporters went wild as a beaming Eddie walked the last steps on a special frame, aided by his wife Sam and celebrity pals Ray Winstone and former The Bill actor Graham Cole.
